After placing your order, please send your pet’s photos to my email: henrydesignteam@gmail.com. You are welcome to provide multiple photos so I can capture your pet’s unique details as accurately as possible.

The creation process includes several confirmation steps:
1, A digital preview will be created for your approval.
2, After confirmation, a detailed line art sketch will be prepared.
3, Once approved, the leather carving process begins.
4, A carved preview will be shared before coloring.
5, After color confirmation, final assembly will be completed.

⚠️ Because of the handcrafted process, photos cannot be changed once production begins, so please carefully confirm the initial preview.

Due to the complexity and handmade nature of leather carving, the production time is typically 4–6 weeks.

✦ Care Instructions

• This item is made from genuine leather. Please care for it as you would a leather bag — avoid oil, water, and prolonged moisture exposure. Normal daily use will not cause color fading, but heavy scratching or abrasion should be avoided.

• If the surface becomes dirty, do not use alcohol or soak the leather. Instead, gently wipe with a clean cotton cloth slightly dampened with water.
